Kona Coffee from Hawaii – a taste of the Big Island

Kona coffee is known for its distinctive character and origin. Our new Hawaii Kona comes from Aloha Farms on the Big Island, where coffee plants grow in volcanic soil, surrounded by ocean breezes and a mild tropical climate.

The coffee is grown in Kona at around 678 metres above sea level and has an SCA score of 88 points. Aloha Farms Hawaii is a family cooperative focused on quality and traceability. Honey bees are also placed in the coffee fields to support pollination.

Fresh and smooth in the cup

This washed specialty coffee has a juicy citrus acidity, with notes of blackcurrant, black tea and lemon zest. Floral and herbal nuances add further depth. The cup is lively and complex, yet smooth and balanced.

Hawaii Kona makes a lovely filter coffee and is especially enjoyable brewed with a filter machine, as a pour-over or in a French press. A coffee to take your time with and discover one sip at a time.
