We love great coffee, and it's our passion to offer absolutely fantastic specialty coffee here in the countryside of the beautiful Kingdom of Crystal. Roasting Coffee is an Art!

For us, coffee roasting is truly a craft: we hand-weigh the green coffee, carry it to our Giesen roaster, and manually load it into the roasting machine. The roasting process itself takes anywhere from 12 to 18 minutes, depending on the variety. After roasting, the hot beans are quickly cooled with cold air and transferred into buckets. They’re then packed by hand – and that's when you can buy our fresh, delicious coffee in the shop.
