Behind the Scenes: The Coffee Advent Calendar 2025

Christmas is getting closer – and for us coffee lovers, that means more than lights and gingerbread. It’s also time for something truly special: The Coffee Advent Calendar 2025!

This year, six Nordic micro-roasteries have joined forces to create 24 unique coffee experiences – one for each day leading up to Christmas Eve. The project is organized by nybryggt.nu, under the name kaffeadventskalendern.se, bringing together some of the most passionate roasters from across the Nordic region.

This year’s roasteries:

•  Stoked Coffee Roasters (SE)
•  Strandvejsristeriet (DK)
•  Lehmus Roastery (FI)
•  Balck Coffee (SE)
•  K&B kafferosteri (SE)

Together, we offer a journey through aromas, flavors, and roast profiles – from bright and fruity notes to rich, chocolatey tones.

Behind the scenes at TADAH
In our new video, we take you behind the scenes to show how we roast and prepare our contribution for this year’s calendar. For 2025, we’re sharing coffees from Honduras, Mexico, India, and Costa Rica – four different origins, each with its own personality, all crafted to spread a little Christmas joy, cup by cup.
