This year’s Easter coffee has arrived. LILLY is our Easter coffee 2026 – a washed specialty coffee from Honduras with vibrant character and smooth elegance.

LILLY is an SHG EP-graded Arabica coffee from the Siguatepeque region in Honduras. The coffee is grown at 1,200–1,600 meters in the mountainous areas of Comayagua and Montecillos, where climate and soil create ideal conditions for high-quality coffee production.
Today, Honduras is one of Central America’s most exciting coffee origins, known for balance, sweetness and a clean cup profile.
The coffee is produced by smallholder farmers who are members of the COHORSIL cooperative, founded in 1980. Through sustainable farming methods and careful quality control, a coffee with clear origin character is ensured.
LILLY is a washed coffee with:
bright citrus notes
a smooth and balanced body
dark chocolate
an elegant sweetness of apricot
An Easter coffee that pairs just as beautifully with festive Easter pastries as with a quiet cup in the spring sun.
“Los Geranios” means “the geraniums” in Spanish. In the coffee trade, it is common for quality lines to have their own names. In this case, Los Geranios is a quality selection from Siguatepeque, produced by members of COHORSIL with a focus on consistency and sustainable production.
For us, Easter coffee is more than a tradition. It marks the beginning of a new season. The light returns, the pace slows down, and there is time for a truly good cup of coffee.
