LILLY is this year’s Easter coffee – a smooth, vibrant and elegant spring release from Honduras.
A washed Arabica from Siguatepeque, grown at 1,200–1,600 meters in the lush mountain ranges of Comayagua and Montecillos. Often referred to as the “green lung” of Central America, this region offers ideal conditions for high-quality coffee grown under the shade of tropical rainforest.
LILLY offers bright citrus notes, a smooth balanced body, dark chocolate and a delicate sweetness of apricot. A lively yet comforting Easter coffee, perfect for spring mornings and festive gatherings.
Produced by smallholder farmers who are members of the COHORSIL cooperative, founded in 1980, this coffee reflects decades of experience and commitment to environmentally and socially responsible farming.
Ripe cherries are carefully hand-picked, de-pulped, fermented and thoroughly washed before being dried on patios to approximately 12.5% moisture content. The result is a clean, elegant and expressive cup.

“Los Geranios” means “the geraniums” in Spanish. In coffee trade, lots or quality lines are often given their own names. In this case, Los Geranios represents a quality selection from the Siguatepeque region, produced by members of COHORSIL with a focus on consistency and sustainability.
Welcome spring with LILLY – our Easter coffee from Honduras.
