Our decaffeinated coffee blend is based on rich Brazilian Arabica. This coffee has been carefully selected from 15 different coffee producers from Alto Paranaíba in the Cerrado region. Through a gentle process, the aromas are best preserved and the caffeine is reduced to a minimum.

TYPE: Mundo Nuovo, Catuai
TASTE PROFILE: Creamy body with chocolate, flakes and nuts

The E.A. process uses only natural solvents and no pressure at all. This preserves the excellent cup profile of the beans. Because of the low temperatures in this process, more of the fine, flavorful acids and aromas remain than with chemical extractants (eg DCM).
