La Calaca is a rebel in coffee form – created by Ramón Medina, who grew up among coffee plants, bold aromas and his family’s coffee tradition in the highlands of Honduras.

His curiosity was shaped by coffee, but also by the scent of cigars, leather armchairs and aged rum. La Calaca was born from the desire to combine coffee tradition with pleasure, courage and a more unexpected expression.

The green coffee has been aged in premium barrels that previously held rum. This ageing process gives the coffee a distinctive yet balanced character, with notes of cedar, warming rum and a silky, rounded body.

A limited coffee for those looking for something far beyond the ordinary.
