The year's finest Christmas mix is finally here! This year we have produced a coffee that adds flavor to Christmas. With notes of marzipan and chocolate, the Christmas coffee goes perfectly with the traditional Christmas flavors such as gingerbread, dates, saffron and fruit cake. A simple and tasty way to enhance the feeling around Christmas time!

The 2023 Christmas coffee is an exclusive and tasty medium roast blend made from high-quality Arabica beans from El Salvador.

Taste profile: Sweet, round and velvety body with an aftertaste of marzipan and chocolate.

Medium roast. Perfectly suitable for brewing machine, filter, V60, Chemex. 

About the origin of coffee:

The Cordillera del Bálsamo mountain range is located in the country‘s western region, a few dozen kilometers west of the capital city San Salvador. In this region, many coffee farms are situated around the steep slopes of the Quetzaltepec volcano. For this coffee, only the best cherries from four different fincas in the region have been carefully picked by hand; Finca San Luis, Finca San Pedro, Finca San Jose Buena Vista and Finca La Trinidad. After being harvested, the coffee cherries are sorted, de-pulped and washed. Then, they are spread out on patios to dry in the sun. For an even drying process, the beans raked several times during the day. Afterward, they are bagged up and prepared for export.
