Christmas Coffee 2026 – Rudolph

Our Christmas coffee Rudolph is a smooth and full-bodied medium-roasted specialty coffee of the Bourbon variety, grown at Finca Serbia in Santa Ana, El Salvador.

Its flavour profile is round and balanced, with a pleasant sweetness and notes of cocoa, nougat and biscuit – a coffee that is equally enjoyable as the first cup of the morning or during a festive coffee break.

Finca Serbia was established in 1930 and is located near the Ilamatepec volcano and Lake Coatepeque. Here, Fernando Lima grows Bourbon coffee under tall shade trees at an altitude of approximately 1,000 metres. The fertile volcanic soil and washed processing method contribute to a clean and smooth cup with a distinctive character.

Rudolph is particularly well suited to filter coffee, French press and pour-over. We recommend 65 grams of coffee per litre of water.
