About the origin of this coffee:
EL SALVADOR:
The Cordillera del Bálsamo mountain range is located in the western region of the country, a few dozen kilometers west of the capital San Salvador. In this region, many coffee farms are located around the steep slopes of the Quetzaltepec volcano. For this coffee only the best coffee cherries from four different fincas in the region have been carefully picked by hand: Finca San Luis, Finca San Pedro, Finca San Jose Buena Vista and Finca La Trinidad. After being harvested, the coffee berries are sorted, the pulp is removed and the beans are washed. Then they are spread out on patios to dry in the sun. For an even drying process, the beans are raked several times during the day. Afterward it is bagged up and prepared for export.

INDIA:
India is a country full of color: bowls of spices in brick-red and ocher shades in vivid market streets, turquoise water hitting golden beaches, and verdant volcanic mountains pervading picturesque flora. India is one of the top 10 coffee-producing countries, with around 70% of its production being Robusta. The country is well suited for the production of Robusta, given its lower altitude and climate. Such conditions paired with great care and attention, have successfully positioned Indian Robusta in the premium end of the market. This fine Robusta is driven by a heavy and creamy profile with notes of chocolate and hazelnut.
