Lina’s Medium Roast – A Coffee Full of Story and Flavor
An exceptional coffee from Rwanda, developed in collaboration with Lina Skandevall as part of the "A Taste of Småland" project. Sourced from the Kigabiro region in Rwamusaro, Remera Sector, Gatsibo District in Rwanda’s Eastern Province, this coffee is grown at an altitude of 1582-1882 meters. The Red Bourbon variety is carefully cultivated by Emmanuel Rusarita and Baho Coffee.
At the woman-led Humure Washing Station, the carefully hand-picked coffee cherries undergo natural processing, preserving their intensely fruity notes reminiscent of strawberries. A true taste of the region and a tribute to the creativity and collaboration behind this coffee.
