A Collaboration That Inspires – The Story of "Lina’s Medium Roast"

Lina Skandevall is a passionate travel journalist with a heart for Småland. She is always on the lookout for hidden gems that few know about and loves sharing her tips. Through her involvement in the "A Taste of Småland" project, she has inspired many to explore the region’s rich culinary culture.

Sometimes, collaborations lead to something truly special. Our journey with Lina Skandevall and Destination Småland is a perfect example.

It all started with the project "A Taste of Småland," where we had the opportunity to meet and work with Lina. From our very first meeting, it was clear that we shared a passion for flavors and craftsmanship. After several discussions and meetings, the idea was born – why not create a custom coffee for Lina?

Last week, this idea became a reality. When Destination Småland visited us for a filming session in our roastery, we took the opportunity to roast "Lina’s Medium Roast" together with Lina herself. The result? A fantastic coffee from Rwanda.

"Lina’s Medium Roast" offers intensely fruity notes reminiscent of strawberries, reflecting not only Rwanda’s rich coffee culture but also our shared creativity and passion.
