Kristina is our rich and powerful dark roast coffee – created for those who appreciate a smooth, chocolatey and comforting cup with low acidity.
This blend combines carefully selected beans from Honduras and India, resulting in a deep flavor profile with notes of dark chocolate, nuts, and gentle sweetness. The Indian Robusta adds body and creaminess, while the Arabica beans from Honduras bring balance and softness.
This is a coffee for slow mornings, conversations around the kitchen table, and moments where coffee deserves to take center stage.
Like all our coffees, Kristina is hand-roasted in small batches at our tiny coffee roastery in Småland, Sweden. We work artisanally to highlight the natural character of every bean and create a coffee with both personality and soul.
The name is inspired by Kristina from Vilhelm Moberg’s famous novel The Emigrants – a strong and warm-hearted character who has become a symbol of the Småland heritage. Together with Karl-Oskar, Kristina is our tribute to the stories, people, and history of this region.
