TADAH kafferosteri |3/11, 2026
Rudolph, our Christmas Coffee 2026, comes from Finca Serbia in Santa Ana, El Salvador. A soft and full-bodied Bourbon coffee with rounded sweetness and notes of cocoa, nougat and biscuit.
Every year, we select one coffee to become TADAH’s Christmas Coffee. It should feel warm and inviting during the winter season while still allowing its origin and individual character to shine.
This year, we chose a washed coffee from a farm with a long coffee-growing tradition and a beautiful location near the Ilamatepec volcano and Lake Coatepeque.
Finca Serbia was founded in 1930 and is now managed by Fernando Lima. Bourbon coffee grows here at an altitude of approximately 1,000 metres, shaded by tall trees. The fertile volcanic soil and local climate create excellent conditions for producing a soft and well-balanced coffee.
The coffee is washed, resulting in a clean and distinct flavour profile that allows its sweetness and gentle cocoa notes to shine.
Rudolph is medium roasted, with a full, rounded and balanced flavour and notes of cocoa, nougat and biscuit. It is an approachable Christmas coffee that tastes just as lovely as the first cup of the morning as it does with a festive fika.
We recommend brewing it as filter coffee, in a French press or as a pour-over. Start with 65 grams of coffee per litre of water and adjust according to your preferred brewing method and taste.
Rudolph is available in 250 g and 500 g bags.
