“Ricardo” – mild & fruity espresso

Ricardo is our mildest and easiest-drinking espresso blend. It is ideal for anyone who prefers a smooth and balanced cup with light chocolate notes, sweet fruit and a soft finish.

The blend combines Arabica from Valle del Cauca in Colombia with Robusta from Karnataka in India. The Colombian coffee contributes a clean and elegant flavour profile, gentle sweetness and fruity nuances. The Robusta adds roundness, light body and a fine crema without making the coffee too powerful.

Ricardo is medium roasted to preserve its smooth character and natural aromas. The result is a harmonious espresso with low perceived bitterness, equally enjoyable as a straight espresso or in cappuccino, caffè latte and bean-to-cup machines.

A great choice for those looking for a mild espresso with fruity sweetness and a soft, pleasant finish.
